The 6th Floor right hand window just below 'the ledge' was the so called Sniper's Nest from which Lee Harvey Oswald allegedly fired the fatal shots that ended JFK's life and presidency. So why did he wait until the car turned onto Elm St. rather than take the easier shot as the car approached on Houston St?
